Our Pizza

At Quattro we serve Romana style pizza, cooked in a wood fired oven. We use only the highest quality 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes, For di Latte mozzarella and the finest toppings imported directly from Campania and Abruzzo. Our dough is slow proofed for a minimum of forty-eight hours, then rolled by hand, hand stretched to order and cooked in our wood fired ovens at over 450 degrees Celsius.

Our Italian kitchen cooks a seasonal menu using locally sourced ingredients and the finest Italian produce. In the restaurant you will find daily seafood and fresh pasta specials, and you are always assured a steak cooked to perfection. All of our products are sourced locally where possible and also from the Abruzzo and Campania regions of Italy. We use no additives, no stabilisers, and none of our products are ever frozen. Freshness and quality is paramount to our team who make all of our food daily in our kitchen.
